J’ai testé pour vous le moule bulle de silikomart
Bonsoir à toutes et à tous,
Aujourd’hui j’ai réalisé des desserts dont mon entremets Bulle Orange.
Il est composé d’une mousse aux amandes, d’une compotée d’agrumes (Orange, Clémentine, Citron) et d’un biscuit à l’orange et aux amandes.
Ces agrumes apportent de la fraîcheur et du peps à ce dessert et le biscuit et la mousse beaucoup de gourmandise. ?
