Mon moule à manqué grand format démoulable
Voici mon moule à manqué grand format 28cm DE BUYER démontable.. parfait pour ce fondant coulant au chocolat !
Son système de charnière, permet de conserver le gâteau sur le socle, et pour les gâteaux fragiles, c'est indispensable !
Comme c'est un grand moule, j'ai multiplié par 2 les quantités d'un gâteau classique !
